All photo days photographed in Australia are in $AU and $zero credit fees processing fees

All photo days photographed in New Zealand are in $NZ and $zero credit fees processing fees

If for any reason you are unhappy with your photos, please let us know and we can reprint, reshoot or refund.

For a reprint please let us know what you would like changed and leave your pack at the Child care centre or Kindy for the photographer to replace.

For a retake please contact your photographer as soon as possible to request a retake and where possible the photographer will arrange a time and place to retake the photo/s, if this isn’t possible the photographer will be able to offer a refund, and

For a refund please leave the photo pack at the centre it was delivered to and the photographer will collect and refund the pack.

Little Images has a 100% money-back policy, for any reason, you would like a refund simply return the pack.

Your photographer’s details are included in the photo pack, please text or email the photographer and they will reply as soon as they can. If you are unable to find your photographer’s details please email me Kathryn@littleimages.com.au and I will sort it out for you.

When emailing or texting please include the Centre name, Child’s name and what you are looking to have done.

All our photographers are independent franchise owners and care about trying to make every customer 100% happy

Little Images does not sell is distribute your information to anyone that is not involved in the production of your packages. Our franchisees produce all products through the head office production facility and do not pass on your details to anyone outside the group.

Little Images does not save your credit card details when processing the card payments, all card payments are done through a payment gateway to ensure your data is as safe as possible.

Photo order delivery times: 

Pre orders:  (Done before photo day)

Although most orders turn up the follow week or two after photo day,

please allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery to the centre.

Late order: (orders done after 8am on photo day)

Late orders are collated and sent for production two weeks after the pre orders are delivered to the centre.

This allows parents/guardians to order photos to order without any late fees, please allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery to the centre.

Urgent orders:

If you require your order urgently, you can organise express delivery. For this please email me kathryn@littleimages.com.au  and I can organise your order to be delivered via express post. The cost for this is $25

Would you recommend Little Images to others?: Yes

Scott has been visiting our Goodstart Centre for many years now, last year due to COVID19 unfortunately we missed him in our centre. Welcoming him back this year was such a pleasure. He gives everything to see our little ones smile and is so connected to each child and family that attends photo day. He has a wonderful ability to support each child if distressed and works around the child and their needs to ensure they can be included. Thankyou Scott
